Operational Support and Service Improvement Our operational support personnel may access your data, including chat interactions, media generation job details, and file uploads, to improve and maintain the Services, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the user experience. 2. Advertising Partners We share your email address and usage data with advertising partners, including Google Ads, for the purpose of delivering interest-based advertising (IBA). This allows us to show you ads that are more relevant to your interests across the web and in apps. We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties beyond what is described in this Privacy Policy. CROSS-PLATFORM DATA ACCESS Your FluffyBunny.AI account is the same account used on MediaShare.Link. Media generation jobs and associated data created through FluffyBunny.AI are accessible on MediaShare.Link, and vice versa. This shared access applies to all data associated with your account across both platforms. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS To operate the AI features of the Services, we transmit portions of your data to the third-party service providers listed below. Each provider receives only the data necessary to perform the function described, and each is contractually obligated to protect your data with safeguards at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy. - Anthropic, PBC ("Claude" language and vision models, accessed through AWS Bedrock): receives your chat messages, prompts, image attachments, and conversation context in order to generate AI responses and perform automated content moderation. When Claude is accessed through AWS Bedrock, Anthropic does not use your inputs or outputs to train its models. - AWS Bedrock (Amazon Web Services, Inc.): hosts the Anthropic Claude models and other generative AI models used by the Services, and receives all inputs transmitted to those models. AWS Bedrock processes data within the AWS region in which your account is provisioned. - AWS Rekognition (Amazon Web Services, Inc.): receives images and video frames you upload or generate, in order to perform automated content moderation and to detect unsafe content and other policy violations. - AWS Transcribe (Amazon Web Services, Inc.): receives audio recordings you upload in order to generate speech-to-text transcriptions and to detect toxic audio content. - AWS MediaConvert (Amazon Web Services, Inc.): receives videos you upload in order to perform format conversion, including transcoding to HLS for streaming delivery. - AWS Cognito (Amazon Web Services, Inc.): receives your email address and authentication credentials in order to authenticate you and manage your account identity. - AWS S3 (Amazon Web Services, Inc.): stores your uploaded media, generated AI output, and age-verification images in accordance with the retention schedule described below. - AWS SES (Amazon Web Services, Inc.): receives your email address in order to send account verification messages, security notifications, and transactional emails. By using the AI features of the Services, you consent to the transmission of the data described above to the service providers listed in this section. You may revoke your consent as described in "REVOKING CONSENT" below. CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our cloud infrastructure provider. Your data is stored and processed in AWS data centers located in the United States. DATA RETENTION Data associated with AI-generation and AI-chat features is automatically expired on the schedule below. Expiration is enforced by our cloud provider's managed data-lifecycle controls and runs continuously in the background. - Chat conversations with AI bot companions: up to 30 days - AI media generation requests, prompts, and parameters: up to 30 days - AI-generated images, videos, and audio in your personal library: up to 30 days from creation - Files you upload for AI editing or processing: up to 30 days - Age-verification photos: automatically deleted within 24 hours of submission - Publicly shareable artifacts you create via "share" links: up to 180 days - Operational logs containing records of AI-generation activity: up to 30 days Account information (email address, account identifier) is retained for as long as your account is active. Moderation records and abuse reports may be retained indefinitely for user-safety and regulatory-compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time as described in "YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES" below. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided above. Account deletion removes your email address, account identifier, and all associated content from our active systems. REVOKING CONSENT You may revoke your consent to the transmission of your data to third-party AI service providers at any time by opening Settings in the App and tapping "Revoke Consent" in the "AI Processing Consent" section. Because the core features of the Services require transmission of data to the providers described in "THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS" above, revoking consent will sign you out and disable AI features until you sign back in and re-consent. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
